Helen started work in the financial industry from leaving school, joining a high street bank. After a break to raise a family she returned to the industry as a Customer Relations Adviser in banking. She eventually joined Carrick Financial Management in 2006 as an administrator and was promoted to Office manager early this year after gaining her CII Award in Financial Administration. Helen focuses on keeping the office protocols in place and ensuring that high standards are met for compliance.

Helen is the office baker and provides cakes for all the office occasions. When not working Helen enjoys reading, weekends away, Scuba diving and caddying for her golfing husband. She also belongs to a local theatrical group who provide Spring Choir Concerts to local venues and a musical show every October at the Phoenix Theatre in Blyth.
